Cranberry Granola

What you’ll need:                                               Method: 

1: Rolled oats                                                    – Preheat oven to 180 degrees (Fan forced)

2: 1/2 cup cranberries                                     – In a tray, lay the rolled oats out. Combine oil and

3: 1/4 cup walnuts                                              honey and pour over oats. Bake 30 minutes

4: 1.3 cup sunflower oil                                   – Remove oats from oven and leave to cool .

5:  1/4 cup honey                                             – Combine walnuts, cranberries and cinnamon in a

6: 2 tablespoons cinnamon                              separate bowl

                                                                            – Mix all ingredients together
