I love summer fruits. I hate the Sydney summer heat but the fruit almost makes up for it!
Mangos, apricots, lychees, nectarines, watermelon and of course… blueberries!
Here’s five reasons why you should eat blueberries:
1: Blueberries are packed full of Vitamin C which is great for boosting your immune system.
2: My neurologist showed me research stating that the more blueberries you eat, the lower your chances of developing allergies as an adult are.
3: Blueberries promote the release of dopamine, a ‘feel good’ chemical in our brains.
4: Blueberries are a great source of fibre.
5: They taste amazing!
