Nourished courtyard cafe // Vegan friendly cafe

Today the four of us decided that we would try the Nourished Courtyard Cafe at Erina, Central Coast.  And what a good idea that was!

We spent the morning shopping at Erina Fair and by the time we got to the  restaurant we were hungry!

Parking was easy onsite and although it was busy we easily got a park out the front. We walked in, grabbed a menu and found a beautiful seat outside under a shade umbrella. Our order was taken and 15 minutes later our food arrived.

On the menu for me was corn fritters with smashed avo, spinach, baked tomato, yoghurt and crisp bacon. It was delicious!

On the menu for the vegan was a lentil patty wrap. The patty was moist and come with beetroot, carrot, lettuce and avo. (Lemon yoghurt optional)

For the others an Avo stack (avo, sourdough, tomato, feta and paprika) and a Lamb burger (Lamb, tomato, avo and carrot)

Everyone was more then satisfied! Staff were friendly and service was reasonably quick for how busy it was. An array of desserts (both vegan and not) are available along with ample drinks.

The environment is pleasant and there is a cute little cafe off the restaurant full of christian books, posters, CD’s and nik nak’s.

Nourished Courtyard Cafe is definitely worth a visit of you are around the area. xx
