Wellness Wednesday: Why should we drink more water?

I’ve worked really hard at drinking more water recently. I used to drink a lot but as life got busy my H2O consumption decreased. Here are 5 reasons you should drink more water. 

1: Reduce headaches: So often headaches are a result of dehydration. Drink water and they might go away! 

2: Clear Skin: Drinking water can help flush out toxins from your body which cause clogged pores. 

3: Fight tiredness: Move over coffee – One of the biggest causes of fatigue is dehydration. 

4: Digestion: Lets make it short and sweet. The more you drink, the more regular you are likely to be. 

5: Reduce pain: Drinking water can reduce joint and back pain.
