The best vegan pasta sauce you’ll ever make


  • 3 sprigs of basil, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 small brown onion, finely diced
  • 5 tomatos, diced
  • 1 tbs oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Optional: Bread crumbs



1: In a pan, place the garlic, onion and oil. Stir constantly, until onion is browned.

2: Add in tomato, water, oregano and basil and bring to boil.

3: Remove from heat and place into blender. Blend on high for 10 seconds.

4: Serve on pasta. Optional: roasted bread crumbs to taste
