Recently, Ben and I went up the Blue Mountains for a day. We popped into a camp that I had helped on last year and then continued up the Blue Mountains to Leura and Blackheath. It was absolutely freezing but such a lovely day. 

We stopped off at the Wayzgoose Cafe in Leura for lunch and flowerpot scones then drove to Mt. Blackheath lookout. We decided to miss Katoomba and thus, the three sisters as it’s often so busy. We arrived at Mt. Blackheath lookout and there was no one there. We walked out to the tip of the lookout and enjoyed the silence as we looked over the the mountains and valleys. Bliss.
