This morning we went to buy a 2 day pass to the site-seeing bus.
We explored the streets of San Francisco

Then we caught the bus over the Golden Gate Bridge. I was slightly freaked out by the creaking but it was beautiful.

We came back and caught the ferry to Alcatraz. We took an audio tour – the history was amazing but the views were unbeatable.

Following that we came home to take another bus tour. For the whole afternoon we took bus tours. The drivers were lovely and detours for great photos.

We had fish and chips for dinner and took another bus tour of Christmas lights. It was so wonderful. More exploring tomorrow.
